Guests have access to the fantastic facilities at Haven Seton Sands Holiday Village (passes available to purchase directly from Haven). Offers Free Wi-Fi, free parking, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen, towels, and toiletries are provided for a comfortable stay.

🚗 By Car
The A1 and A198 roads are easily reachable, connecting Port Seton to Edinburgh (about a 30-minute drive) and the wider East Lothian region.

There’s free parking within the holiday village and other nearby streets, making it easy to come and go by car.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).

No Smoking Policy
All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.

Respect the Space – No Parties
Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.
Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.

Towels & Linen Care
We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.
Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.

Travel Cot
A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
