Inside you’ll find a bright open-plan lounge with Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and three well-presented bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) with quality linens. There’s a modern bathroom, additional WC, and a private ensuite to the master.

Step out onto the south-facing decking—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. With central heating and double glazing, it’s comfortable all year round.

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).

No Smoking Policy
All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.

Respect the Space – No Parties
Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.
Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.

Towels & Linen Care
We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.
Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.

- **Anonymous**: "We had a lovely stay at this caravan and overall really enjoyed our holiday. The caravan itself is beautiful, comfortable and in a great location.

When we arrived at around 3:15pm on Monday, the cleaners were just leaving and the caravan smelled very strongly of bleach, so we expected it to be spotless. Unfortunately, there were a few areas that appeared to have been missed, including marks on the rugs, cobwebs in one of the bedrooms, rubbish under the beds, and debris under the sofa cushions.

None of this ruined our stay, and we simply cleaned those areas ourselves, but I felt it was worth mentioning so it can be improved for future guests. The caravan really is lovely and deserves to be presented to the same high standard throughout.

Aside from the cleanliness issues on arrival, we had a great stay and would happily recommend it." (6/5)
