The bedrooms are extremely small and uncomfortable, but the biggest issue was the location. Our caravan was nearly 1 km from the main gate, and food delivery drivers are not allowed inside, so we had to walk to collect our meals. My 67-year-old father had to walk 2 km in total, often in the rain, which was very difficult.

When we requested a buggy or any assistance, we were simply refused. The lack of support and consideration was disappointing. To make matters worse, we smoked only on the balcony, yet we were accused of smoking inside and asked to pay compensation without any clear proof.

Overall, it was a stressful experience, and I would strongly advise future guests to avoid this property unless they have their own vehicle." (2/5)
