I’m regular in Aberdeen for work trips, so have something to compare to. Was staying for two weeks.

Pros:
+ Really nice view from windows
+ Close to the station and town
+ Had most of the essentials incl Umbrella
+ Paid Netflix

Cons:
- Additional charge after payment via AirBnb (deposit: refundable £200 or not refundable £30)
- Very dirty building with rubbish on the stairs, lock into the building is broken
- Broken freezer which I really needed
- Automatic distractive promotions via chat
- Everything in the flat was or very cheap/poor quality or worn out/poorly maintained, which was very surprising and disappointing after such advertising
- Had to ask for VAT invoice 3 times
- Other small details

Not every flat is perfect, what matters is how you position and present it. This one was presented as 5-stars experience while it was 3-stars experience. That was the biggest issue." (6/5)

The proerty was tastefully furnished and being on the top floor (which may be an issue for people who can't do stairs) the view was great!
