If you’re driving, simply take the A1 → A198 (Bankton Junction) → B6371 → B1348 and we’re just 1 mile along on the right. If you prefer public transport, the bus stop’s just outside the park (e.g., route 26 to Edinburgh city centre) and Longniddry train station is only a short walk away — ideal if you’re coming without a car.

To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and luxury experience, please take note of the following:

Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).

No Smoking Policy
All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.

Respect the Space – No Parties
Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.
Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.

Towels & Linen Care
We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.
Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.

Travel Cot
A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the space fresh, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.

Interaction with guests will be via booking platform messaging app unless there is an emergency where the host will respond to you via call.
