This well-equipped holiday home accommodates up to 8 guests, featuring a double master bedroom, two twin rooms, and a sofa bed. Guests have access to the fantastic facilities at Haven Seton Sands Holiday Village (passes are NOT INCLUDED and can be purchased directly from Haven). The caravan offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen, towels, and toiletries are provided for a comfortable stay. Explore nearby attractions, including the beach, and enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped home away from home.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).

No Smoking Policy
All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.

Respect the Space – No Parties
Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.
Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.

Towels & Linen Care
We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.
Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.

Travel Cot
A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.
